Services offered: Our tours are conducted by experienced North Shore/Cambridge-brokers. Tours include: showings of homes and communities carefully selected that match your detail criteria. Tours are offered within a 15-mile radius of Boston. On a tour, you will receive a cultural guided tour of the area, detailed area information, answers to your relocation questions, and referrals in addition to viewings of properties.Tours are billed at $40.00 per hour; with a 3 hour minimum. All fees are rebated back if you close on or rent a property through Baystate Realty. We also offer group tours and discounts to local businesses, that use our services on a continual basis.
