Employ the traditional services of an agent for a commission to be determined by you and your agent.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULATION
Two hour minimum service required.-...billed at $40.00 per hour.
This is an ideal option for owners who are looking to sell their home on their own, allowing you to employ the services of a real estate agent on an as needed basis.

Some services we offer are:

Conducting a market analysis to help determine the right selling price for your home.
Being present for a home or fire inspection.
We can help prepare and market your home for sale.
Do you need a professional to review and prepare paperwork pertaining to the sale of your home?
We can help with other special requests, not listed above.

STANDARD LISTING
$250.00
This service includes all of the services of the BASIC LISTING below in addition to the following: having your home entered into MLS as a listing entry for 60 days. If you choose to pay a commission, the rate is determined by you.

BASIC LISTING
$199.00
Your home will be listed on our website with photos and a detailed description for 60 days. All inquiries from prospective buyers will be sent to you directly via email/phone.
There is an optional sign rental for your home as well.
